As a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker, Dave Gilcher (Right) has spent the past 42 years working in the machining industry. Through his innovation and desire to work directly with customers, he branched out on his own in 2001 and became the owner / operator of Gilcher Machine, LLC. Dave along with his three full time employees provide custom design and machining to many of our local and out of the area manufacturers. He strives for precision and quality exceeding industry standards.
In the Gilcher Machine LLC team is Tim, Tracy and Jason. They have been trained by Dave to give the client the best possible product and services. With this team you can count on the best quality of machining around.
